These terms govern your use of solosignalmarketing.com and any purchase of Solo Signal Hub or engagement of marketing consulting services (together, the "Services"), offered by Solo Signal Marketing, operated by Canvas Works Studio LLC ("we," "us," "our").

By using this site or purchasing a Service, you agree to these terms.

What we offer

  • Solo Signal Hub—a digital product consisting of an Airtable base template, a Claude prompt library, setup documentation, and instructional videos, sold as a one-time purchase.
  • Marketing consulting—marketing strategy and execution services, scoped and agreed individually per engagement.

Solo Signal Hub license

When you purchase Solo Signal Hub, you receive a license to use the base template, prompt library, and related materials for one Airtable base, for one organization. This license does not permit you to:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Hub or its contents
  • Share your copy of the base or prompt library with other individuals or organizations outside your own
  • Use a single purchase to set up the Hub for multiple client organizations

If you want to use the Hub across multiple client organizations (for example, as part of a consulting or agency practice), reach out about implementation pricing for additional licenses.

All content, structure, prompts, and documentation that make up Solo Signal Hub remain the intellectual property of Solo Signal Marketing. Your license is a right to use the product, not an assignment of ownership.

Payment and pricing

Solo Signal Hub is sold as a one-time payment; there is no recurring subscription. Founder's pricing, where offered, is available only to the first 30 buyers and is not extended after that group is filled. Founder's-price buyers retain the discount rate on future add-ons permanently, as described on the product page at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change for future buyers; your price is locked in at the time of your purchase.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the site or the product's underlying systems
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when purchasing or using the Services

AI-generated content disclaimer

Solo Signal Hub does not use Claude, or any AI system, directly—it is an Airtable base and a prompt library. You may choose to use an AI system, such as Claude or ChatGPT, together with Solo Signal Hub to generate marketing content, and the prompt library is written for that purpose. We don't guarantee that output will be error-free, factually accurate, or suitable for every use without your own review. You're responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before publishing or sending it, and for your own account and usage of whichever AI system you choose to connect.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided "as is." We don't guarantee that Solo Signal Hub or its use will produce any particular business outcome, revenue result, or amount of time saved. Results depend on how the system is configured and used.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Solo Signal Marketing's total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the Service giving rise to the claim. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, where Canvas Works Studio LLC is registered.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or the Hub after an update means you accept the revised terms.
